Leveraging Nostalgia Marketing and Historical Perception: Our client’s products may not have existed during the Communist era, but we strategically crafted a nostalgic narrative that made it seem as if they did. We tapped into the historical context of that era, highlighting the quality and durability of our client’s products, in line with the audience’s strong belief in the reliability of Russian and Ukrainian products.
Customer Journey Optimization: Infusing emotional messaging, nostalgia marketing, and ESP into the customer journey played a pivotal role in engaging customers and differentiating our client from competitors.
